• Source décor, props & items to support overall design vision

• Lead F+R Events design production staff on-site for décor set-up

• Work on-site with vendors & venue teams to manage décor + floral set-up

• Stage ceremony, cocktail & reception spaces prior to guest arrival

• Seamlessly transition décor & maintain event spaces throughout the wedding

• Help photographer ensuring all key detail shots are taken

• Greet & guide guests and help them to navigate venue

• Manage full wedding breakdown and return of rentals/décor/props

• Assist with wedding clean-up and ensure all vendors follow breakdown plan

• Pack-up all décor items for clients (guest book, heirlooms, client décor etc.)
