Q: What happens after you submit the “contact us” form?

A: Once you've submitted the info form, our experienced team will review your requirements and reach out to you to schedule a complimentary consultation and introduction meeting.

Q: Do you charge an hourly rate, flat rate or percentage?

A: We believe no two couples are the same, so we tailor each package to fit your unique needs + vision. Our pricing starts at $15,000 and services includes both Holly and Mia’s full support, involvement and leadership for planning, design + production for your wedding. Let's meet over a beverage, adult or otherwise, and see if we would be a good fit! 

Q: What is the deposit to secure our services?

A: In most cases a 10% deposit is required to secure our services. We will create a customized payment schedule for you prior to signing the contract.

Q: What are the benefits of working with a dynamic planner & designer duo?

A: Saving TIME, Saving MONEY and MINIMIZING STRESS! Plus, you will get to work with our team of thoughtful event experts who understand all your needs and will connect you with our network of hand-picked industry veterans, who are truly creative geniuses!

Q: Do you offer “day-of-coordination” services?

A: No. F+R Events specializes in full-service wedding planning, designing and production. We only take on a handful of clients and weddings each wedding season to ensure we can give our undivided attention, special care to important details and event execution is flawless. We do offer curated planning + design services for vow renewals and intimate gatherings (25 guests or less).
